JUST SOLD WATERFRONT CONDO IN HIDDEN LAGOON, TIERRA VERDE!!!

JUST SOLD!

This elegant 3 bedroom/3 bath condo that has all the extras includes a wonderful waterfront view that includes a serene nature view in the highly exclusive, private Hidden Lagoon condo in Florida’s tantalizing Tierra Verde location.

Gorgeous kitchen.

Two on-site pools and tennis courts make it even more desirable, but Hidden Lagoon simply drips with desire because you become simply overwhelmed with it once inside. Add its eloquent design and architecture, the fact that it’s a gated community and that it has boat slips (the one sold has the deepest one in the entire condo), and you have paradise to pleasure you all year ’round, or just on vacations. This piece of paradise went to a wonderful couple who I like to think of as Mr. and Mrs. Wonderful. Congratulations to you both on your spectacular new condo!

If you’re seeking a paradise-like private, eloquently elegant, deeply desirable luxury waterfront condo, or home, or if you’re thinking of selling your home or condo, contact me today so I can help you make your home or condo buying or selling dream a reality!

America’s Most Luxurious Homes and Condos Expensive Says Forbes

Forbes shows you just how much of a bargain you got with this year’s edition of America’s Most Expensive Homes. We didn’t see any of Steve Forbes’ homes on the list, but some other spectacular beauties made the cut. Here are some of our favorites.

At $75 million, this lovely home provides utter elegance and an eloquent style that even Queen Elizabeth herself would be proud to call her own. While this home, located in New York’s Three Ponds, is the highest priced home in the nation, buyers are still flocking, we hear. What lucky agent got this lavishly luxurious listing? Susan Breitenbach of Allan M. Schneider, of course.

For $70 million you can make the Pierre Penthouse your very own. It boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 powder rooms, 6 baths, a wood-paneled library, north and south reception room, as well as a separate guest apartment, staff quarters and a private elevator for all three floors, according to Forbes. This one’s co-listed with Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers of Brown Harris Stevens and Sharon Baum of the Corcoran Group.

Last, but certainly not least, is The Donald’s Trump Tower. We hear a deal fell through on this one not too long ago, allowing Trump to keep the $8-million deposit. The man even profits from deals that fall through! Pure genius! This illustriously elegant penthouse unit is listed for $58 million, and well worth the price for dream-like views of New York, day and night. Are you thinking of treating yourself to a lavish, luxurious home, or perhaps to a highly desirable, inspiringly elegant condo? Contact me now so I can help you turn your lovely thoughts into a delightful luxury home or condo reality.
