Spencer, Iowa Hotel Faces Foreclosure
One of Spencer, Iowa’s oldest and tallest buildings, called simply “The Hotel” is the subject of a foreclosure proceeding. The foreclosure is hotly contested amid charges of fraud and conspiracy from both parties, a local judge has recused herself and no date has been set.
