Here’s a link to an article (and some other links) about the environmentally active Sierra Clubs "new approach" to real estate development activity. 

Seems they’ve discovered it’s a good thing to promote "responsible development" instead of opposing all development.    Ummm, what a concept… evaluating each project on it’s own merits!
