Monday, October 10th, 2005 The 78-unit luxury WS Hotel in St. Louis is being offered for sale by Western United Life Assurance Co., which foreclosed on the property last fall. The list price is $11 million. The developer spent $16 million to acquire and rehab the building in 2001, taking a $13.3 million loan from Western.
